Getting our cities right #2 From Living Labs to urban healthscapes 5-6 October 2022 SLU Campus Alnarp

We hereby extend a special welcome to a conference in Alnarp organised by the future platform SLU Urban Futures, in collaboration with SLU Movium Think Tank. Together with international researchers, practitioners and scholars, the conference will explore Living Labs as new formats for research, teaching and collaborations addressing these challenges. What role can the university campus play in shaping sustainable urban futures: and how can the university campus be part of transdisciplinary research for societal change. What role can the university campus play in shaping sustainable urban futures; and how can the campus be part of transdisciplinary research for societal change?
Throughout this conference, we will explore Living Labs as new formats for research, teaching and collaborations addressing these challenges. 

5 October: From Living labs to urban healthscapes 

Join us and:

  • hear international speakers from various disciplines sharing their knowledge about living labs in Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland
  • meet and mingle with colleagues, researchers and students engaged in these topics
  • join the book launch and panel discussion of ‘Woods Go Urban, Alnarp Landscape Laboratory’
  • get a guided tour of Alnarp Landscape Lab or SLU Rehabilitation Garden

6 October: Design and management of urban forests
